Case Study: Monthly Membership Newsletter

Eileen is the monthly editor and designer for one of the oldest folk music organizations in upstate New York, the Pickin' and Singin' Gatherin'. Each month, members email items and news, and she compiles a calendar from various sources. The newsletter is sent out via email/PDF and print, depending on the members needs, and serves as the primary means of communications between the members and a way to be informed about the many traditional music and dance events and festivals that happen in this region. The layout is done in InDesign, using a variety of vintage clipart for visual interest.
